Stephanie received a doctorate of physical therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2015. Stephanie has over thirteen years of experience in the field of physical therapy, graduating with an Associate of Applied Science from Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI and practicing as a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2004. She loved her career as a PTA but desired a greater knowledge and understanding of her work.
In 2012, she earned a Bachelor’s of Biology from Grand Canyon University to begin the journey toward become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Stephanie is dedicated to lifelong learning and continuing her education in specialty areas that are much needed in rural communities, such as women’s health and pelvic pain conditions and advanced manual therapy techniques.
Stephanie has experience in many therapy settings, including outpatient, acute inpatient, skilled nursing, and home health PT, greatly preparing her to treat a large variety of conditions. She is excited to be back working at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital, where she was previously employed as a PTA.
In her spare time, she enjoys working on her hobby farm, running, and kayaking the Namakagon River with her family.
