Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence


Personally we must demonstrate service excellence through our appearance, demeanor and attitude. We must be approachable, kind and display compassion and empathy when communicating with customers. We should aspire to have positive interactions with our co-workers.


Being a responsible staff member requires a focus on safety, teamwork and integrity. We must maintain privacy and confidentiality. We have an obligation to our customers and co-workers to be competent, accountable and flexible.


It is important that each staff member represents a positive image not only in our facility, but also in our community. As an employee you are an ambassador for the facility, and your actions shape the community’s perception.


Delivering quality health care requires being attentive and providing the customer with the appropriate resources, services, and education in order to be successful. The ability to communicate effectively and express gratitude to a diverse group of customers is very important.


It’s up to each employee to practice excellence in service, quality and professionalism each day. Lead by example, showing insight and dedication to your work. Serve as a mentor, encouraging those around you to strive for excellence.
