About the Job

Specialty Services at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital is looking for a CNA to join the team. A Specialty Services CNA supports the on-going delivery of care as delegated by the professional clinical staff.  Duties include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, height and weight, and collection of basic patient data in the clinic or on the phone, documenting in the electronic medical record, assisting with minor procedures, collecting and labeling specimens, room preparation, and administrative duties.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program
• Current BLS or ability to obtain within 3 months

Department: Specialty Services

Shift Time: Monday-Friday, 0800-1630
