Nancy graduated in December of 1999 with a Masters of Physical Therapy from Governors State University, located south of Chicago, IL.
Following many hours of preparation through independent study and numerous continuing education classes, Nancy earned her Geriatric Clinical Specialist credentials from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2008.
In 2014, Nancy became a certified provider of LSVT BIG® treatment. LSVT BIG® is an intensive whole body amplitude-based training protocol for people with Parkinson Disease.
Nancy has had the privilege to practice her skills in many treatment settings. Prior to moving to the Northwoods in 2010, Nancy worked in the south suburbs of Chicago. She has worked in the inpatient rehabilitation setting, outpatient PT clinic based in full service health club, skilled nursing facility, and hospital-based outpatient therapy services.
Though Nancy’s focus is on the aging adult, she enjoys working with many types of patients. She regularly attends continuing education classes on variety of aspects to physical therapy treatment. She has taken several continuing education courses for vestibular rehabilitation and enjoys working with this population.
