We strive to provide the best environment for our patients, residents and tenants and continue to update our facility to provide a better patient experience. Below you will find current information on construction projects, facility improvements and our future plans.
In July, we began to remodel the hospital lobby and outside entrances to better serve our patients. Once complete, there will be three entrances in place, one for the Emergency Department, one for the Hospital (to include services such as lab, radiology and surgery), and one for the Professional Arts Building (includes Rehabilitation Services and Specialty Services) these changes will allow patients to enter closest to the services they require.
Temporary Hospital Main Entrance
Patients should enter here if they have a surgery or procedure scheduled with any provider, including Specialty Services Providers (Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology, General Surgery or Advanced Pain). Those with appointments in lab, radiology or Infusion should also enter here.
If you are coming to visit a hospital patient you should also use this entrance (**those visiting after 5:45pm or on weekends, must use the Emergency Department entrance**)
Professional Arts Building
Patients should enter here to be seen in the Emergency Room or Urgent Care. Those who have clinic appointments with our Specialty Services Providers (Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology or Advanced Pain) should also use this entrance. Rehabilitation Services, including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy are also located in the Professional Arts Building.
Medical Outreach Clinic
The Medical Outreach Clinic is home to our General Surgery and Wound Care services, those with clinic appointments should arrive at the Medical Outreach Entrance. If you have surgery scheduled with Dr. Lynn, use the Temporary Hospital Main Entrance.
Visiting Providers, including Larry Archibald – Clarity Hearing Center, Greg Francisco – Northern Orthotics & Prosthetics and Amy Jacobson – Ashland Audiology, also see patients in the Medical Outreach Clinic.
We recently finished giving the Medical Surgical Inpatient Unit and the main corridor a facelift and have completely remodeled and expanded the Outpatient Surgery Area. to include 7 new post and pre operative rooms, a spacious new waiting room, gift and coffee shop, Our newly remodeled Infusion & Chemotherapy department opened on March 1st.
