Below you will find a few different tools that estimates the cost of your visit in the hospital and clinic for a variety of common procedures. Hayward Area Memorial Hospital is always working to provide the most accurate estimate based on the information that is available at the time of your request. The estimate is not a guarantee of final charges and the actual cost may vary based on your specific needs. Some things may affect charges at the time of the service, like additional treatments or services deemed necessary by the physician. Your insurer may also provide additional information which can affect final costs.
This out-of-pocket ESTIMATE does not include bills from medical specialists, including by not limited to: physician charges, anesthesiology charges, radiologist reading fees and pathologist fees.
Your estimate may also not include:
- Exams and appointments before or after your (procedure/surgery)
- Treatment related to complications
- Education about your procedure or visits to a dietitian
- Diagnostic tests in the lab and/or radiology (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs)
- Unforeseen services deemed necessary by your provider
