We provide comprehensive therapy services to women of all ages. Our Women’s Health therapist has special training in women’s health and pelvic rehab, she is able to give each patient a thorough exam and the create a specialized treatment plan based on each individual’s needs. Our goal is to improve function, decrease pain and guide you on a path to improve health and wellness.

Our services can benefit those experiencing any of the following:

  • Frequent urination
  • Urgency to urinate or sense you can’t make it to the bathroom in time
  • Urinary leaking
  • Bowel dysfunction
  • Pressure or bulging sensation in the vagina
  • Pain during or after pregnancy
  • Painful; scars from cesarean section or episiotomy
  • Abdominal weakness after childbirth
Physical Therapy During Pregnancy

During pregnancy, a physical therapist is here to help you feel your best and can assess and treat a wide variety of conditions including:

  • Low back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Pelvic or hip pain
  • Incontinence /urinary leakage
  • Constipation
  • Muscle weakness
  • Neck or upper back pain

We can also help you learn:

  • Exercises to stay strong, flexible and to improve your posture

Physical Therapy Postpartum

A Physical Therapist can help you get your body back after baby by assessing and treating a wide variety of conditions including:

  • Incontinence, urine leakage and/or constipation
  • C-section scar management
