What’s New at Water’s Edge?

Senior Fitness at the Edge

When we began planning our addition to Water’s Edge, we knew that we wanted to create a place that promoted physical wellness. Within Water’s Edge we now have a beautiful fitness center where staff and tenants can come to workout in a place that is convenient to them. The fitness center has been a great asset to those who work and live here.

We would now like to extend an invitation to seniors in the community. We strive to support our area seniors in living a healthy and fulfilling life. We are providing an opportunity that promotes both physical and social wellness, by inviting area seniors to come and use the fitness center in Water’s Edge.

  • Hours: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, 7 days a week
  • Available to those 65 and older
  • An annual donation to the Community of Friends is suggested
  • Participants exercise independently

Requirements Include:

  • orientation
  • equipment use agreement
  • medical screen

You are invited to grab a friend and enjoy of cup of coffee before your workout or stay after and have soup and a sandwich in the Bistro.
